Error parsing configuration file : 'cons_string' #36

After installing and starup i recieve this error: Error parsing configuration file : 'cons_string'

Hi as I ve commented in other issues, I will not spend any time on problems with the existing version, the new should be available in December and fixes all known issues (possibly introduces some New ones but this is another discussion :) ) and aadds functionality that was missing. Close as invalid for now, the soon to be released v1.0 handles this.
