Using OSX Mavericks, a new "Start Dictation..." menu entry shows up every time I open and close the Plugin Configuration window.

Seems like some OSX glitch that should have been fixed in Mountain Lion and is not related to Qt4. I ve found similar bug reports for other software see for example https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=764696 http://tug.org/pipermail/texworks/2013q1/005757.html

I can try the workaround suggested here http://stackoverflow.com/questions/15434683/disable-start-dictation-for-an-app-in-qt in v1.0.2 and see if that fixes the problem.

Could not find a solution for this now, the above did not seem to fix the problem. I will keep looking into it.
