Instagram plugin doesn't configure on OSX?

On OSX if I hit "run configuration wizard" for Instagram, then "Open in Browser," I just get the following error:

{"code": 403, "error_type": "OAuthForbiddenException", "error_message": "You are not a sandbox user of this client"}

That problem is the same in Windows, I think it is a problem with the Instagram API.

I'm having the same problem. I tried going to the instagram dev page and adding a new client, but cree.py will not accept a diffrent client id.
