Form confirmation page violates PLA [Principle of Least Astonishment]

When I submitted "Chris Eich" and "ceich62@gmail.com" I was taken to this formspree.io page, which would only confuse or irritate someone interested in GranCentral.

Issues:

• "All set, profit" and "things start working" are weird and vague (respectively).
• The text says "To prevent spam", but I don't think this helps us defend against a bot spamming our homepage form.
• The text "part of the Formspree sign up process" makes me think this is not configured as intended, as we don't want our interested parties to sign up with Formspree.
• After 15 minutes, I have not seen any email from formspree.io in ceich62@gmail.com (including the Spam folder :-).

I checked Google Groups and "info@oaktree.group" has received three confirmation emails, so that explains where the mail went. But the three emails refer to the form's site differently each time:

• 127.0.0.1/4000 [submitted last night]
• oaktreegroup.github.io/grancentral.ai/ [submitted 9:56 this morning]
• formspree.io [I submitted at 10:41 this morning, using Brave with shields up]

I bet I got the weird page because the 3rd site does not match the 2nd.

Turns out that Brave spoofs the Referer header when "Block 3rd party cookies" is selected for the originating site (ref).

For now this is a one-time annoyance, as I have clicked the Confirm button for the "formspree.io" email.
