[feature request] Left aligned buttons? #21

Hi thanks for the applet, been considering moving to budgie and pixel saver was one of the things holding me back. It would be nice to have the option to change the layout for left aligned windows.

Just came to request the same, if you chose to implement this (and you should.) please do so in a way that respects system settings.

I have just added this, for now this only works with budgie-wm https://github.com/ilgarmehmetali/budgie-pixel-saver-applet/commit/5a3f9f29d04491a2f3bf3b581b99a954d1d346d2
