Can't add cites with ö and ä in them. #8

When I try to add a city that has the Swedish letter ö or ä in them they wont show up. For example Jönköping or Ängelholm won't work. I added Stockholm to try if there was for all cites in Sweden but Stockholm worked. When I had Stockholm and tried to change to Jönköping it then changed to Accra instead. I'm using Gweather in Ubuntu Budgie 17.04 with the extension installed from the Budgie backports ppa.

Didn't realize this before as my city name doesn't have those character in it. I will try to look into this when i find some time, just cant promise any date for now.

Accra seems to be some sort of default after an error condition, see #11.

I'm from Göteborg, Sweden and having the same issue. I've tried other places like New York and Johannesburg which seems to work.

When using GWeather it defaults back to Accra. With OpenWeatherMap when I'm trying to manually input coordinates and API key it shows a temperature (27°C) that is completely different from the actual temperature IRL (2°C).
