Support __ENABLE__ in DatabaseTable bundle #15

At the moment __ENABLE__ is treated anonymously as an unknown field, mapped 
onto a table column with the same name and unspecified SQL type.

For example (from 
http://groups.google.com/group/connid-users/msg/b8e82c7f7e7ea09f):
 - offer an optional (not required) configuration entry that allows users to enter a column name to use for the 'enable'-flag
 - Ignore the enable-attribute completely if this configuration entry is not provided by the user
