Change DB connector bundle name

Change org.identityconnectors.databasetable.DatabaseTableConnector into 
org.connid.bundles.db.table

org.connid.bundles.db.table is not a valid bundle name; it should be 
org.connid.bundles.db.table.DatabaseTableConnector instead
