DatabaseTableConnector "Password cipher algorithm" inconsistency #50

There is an inconsistency in the DatabaseTableConnector "Password cipher 
algorithm" property. It is marked as mandatory, even though it has the text " 
"Password cipher algorithm (defaults to CLEARTEXT)"".

Either the text should be changed to remove "defaults to CLEARTEXT" or the 
property should not be marked as mandatory.
