Well known issue for many 5D3 users (who like dual ISO anamorphic). I see that stripes processing is done before Dual ISO in llrawproc. Perhaps order can be swapped? Or does that introduce other issues?
I can't compile MLV App right now, so can't test:

The platform SDK has been changed from version 10.13.4 to version 11.1.
This requires a fresh build. Please wipe the build directory completely
