Translations

• This original version and content of the guide is maintained in English.
• Translations follow the content of the original. Unfortunately, contributors must speak at least some English, so that translations do not diverge.
• Each PR must receive at least one approved review from others before they're merged, it is important to maintain quality.
• Each translator can only apply for one chapter at a time.
• PRs should only modify a chapter or an article at a time.

Changes to translations

• Changes to content should be made to the English version first, and then translated to each other language.
• This repo only accepts changes that improve simplified Chinese translations.

I have signed off Contributor License Agreement but it's always showing pending status even I rechecked many time. Has anyone encountered same issue?

@arproio probably it was a little bit modified (fixed typo), that's why. Sorry for that, not going to change it again soon.
