Changed mite domain name to mite.de #8

The domain schema of the mite API changed from {account}.mite.yo.lk to {account}.mite.de. The old schema continues to work, so I allowed both when checking the user settings.

If you have time, could you take this opportunity to reduce some of the duplication in the tests? If you don't, that's cool too, just let me know and I merge :)

I am not really "fluent" in Python... so I leave it to you to DRY up the tests :)

BTW, did you have a chance to form an opinion on the state of #4 and #5?
