due to ntfs being what it is, filenames cannot contain colons and git will throw an error if you try to checkout files that contain them in the name. as blaseball2/0 files were in directories named with ISO timestamps, they made cloning the repo on windows impossible. this switches the names to unix timestamps in order to fix it
