Web.config and the screenshot looks good. Please try to download the repository and build it. Do you have the same issue with sample website?
You also need to add the MvcReportViewer
value to the pages/namespaces section in the web.config in your Views directory. Something like:
<system.web.webPages.razor>
<!-- your existing sections here... -->
<pages pageBaseType="System.Web.Mvc.WebViewPage">
<namespaces>
<!-- your existing values here... -->
<add namespace="MvcReportViewer" />
</namespaces>
</pages>
</system.web.webPages.razor>
You then need to close and then reopen any views that you had open prior to adding this value. Once Intellisense has updated itself, you should be good-to-go.
The same is true for any other namespaces that you want to be available within your views.

I added MvcReportViewer to project using NuGet Package. When I tried to test it, I can't to add Mvcreportviwere html helper to razor tag, because it didn't see it. Target framework .Net Framework 4.5.2. There is my Web.config:
