Auto closing/enclosing hash #6

Would love to have the editor write two hash symbols when typing in one - with the cursor in the middle.

Also when marking a word and typing the hash symbol, to have the marked word enclosed by two hash symbols rather than being replaced with one hash symbol.

I deployed the changes to VS Marketplace. You can updated the extension now. Thank you for your help!
