Add PX4 Flight Modes #2

This appends the PX4 Flight modes after the APM ones. This is not yet complete and I still need to add the correct voice files AVFM18-AVFM30.

Closing this as this will need some more work, and I'll do improvements on my own repo and submit a PR when I'm done :)
