Think there is some difference in how satelites/gps are reported. Maybe @DigitalEntity and @Lupinixx can help out with answering that.
At the moment there is no difference in cleanflight and inav, the report the exact same telemetry data. In my repo you can see what I already changed. But the code is not to elegant at the moment as I do not have to much time for it now.

did you have one picture of the screen of you inav telemetry screen for my ?

I'm not sure what you need from me with a picture. I did not change anything about the display accept from the flight mode names.
