added new main learning materials page - sessions #726

On branch create_course_learning_materials_main_page
Changes to be committed:
        new file:   courses-and-sessions/sessions/learning_materials.md

New page added to the guide - this will make sure that session learning materials has sub pages in the same manner that course learning materials does.
