Add option to count or not count injuries for countable games of the week

For the function that gives the countable games per week, add a parameter that will ignore injuries. Useful for playoff countable games

Actually i should add a column that shows when the projected comeback date for a player is. THen we can take that into account in the calculations

the projected comeback date is there. Now just need to take that into account in the lineup
