unabled to send sms with cherrysms #175

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Everytime i try to send and sms i only get the following error: "
java.lang Number Format exception unable to parse " as integer
2.I have used websms without any problems until yesterday, also an update
and a complete new installation of websms and connector did not solve the
problem
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Web sms 3.0.12 with cherry sms connector on htc tattoo

Please provide any additional information below.

I have the same error! Reinstalling did not help either.
Multiple tries to send failed.

This error only occurs with the CherrySMS-Provider. Sending with GMX is ok.
Newest WebSMS and CherrySMS-Connector versions are used.

menue,where it is
possible to aktivate or to deactivate:send id(it costs more)

i think the vendor has changed the API.

cherry-sms.com is returning an empty page as result to the API calls.

you may want to try the old version of the connector:
http://websmsdroid.googlecode.com/files/Connector-Cherry-SMS-1.5.apk

as this is incompatible with the current websms version you have to downgrade
websms too:
http://websmsdroid.googlecode.com/files/WebSMS-3.0.9.apk

please tell me if older versions work. (i currently lack time to test it)

@dmitrij.kotcenko/comment #8: it is implemented since the beginning of this
connector. just switch it like all connectors.

No, the old versions of the cherrySMS-Connector and WebSMS don't work. The same
error
occurs if you try to send a SMS.
