SMS not marked read #195

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. recive sms
2. read with smsdroid
3. sms is not marked read

If i see the sms in smsdroid i want to mark it as read

Hero with android 1.5

are you sure the message is still unread?
maybe the update in the gui is missing.

please try to wait a few secons or stop smsdroid and start it again. is the 
message
still marked as unread?

Confirmed. I opened smsdroid, read the message, closed sms droid, reopened, read
again etc. Allways the "new Message symbol". 
The Message got read once i opened the messenger included with the hero and 
viewed
the sms.

Ps: This is a minior bug for me, i just love your app websms & smsdroid, they 
are way
better then the inlcuded app!

Now with v0.0.11 (perhaps with 0.0.10, I think yesterday I got no SMS), I have 
this 
problem too (htc Magic with Android 1.6)

I have tried this Version. The SMS now got marked as read and the smsdroid 
symbol now 
disapears.

But the standard sms smybol stays visiable an disapears only after i read the 
sms in 
the deafult sms viewer... have i configured something wrong?

That's normal if you switched on tne notification in standard-SMS-App. You can 
switch it off. Then only SMSDroid notify you. Every SMS-App has it's own 
notification that don't disappear until you open the SMS in this SMS-app.
