ads-removed version not working anymore #209

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install SMSDroid
2. Copy the ad-remove file to the sdcard
3. Start SMSDroid

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
SMSDroid starts without ads is expected. Instead SMSDroid starts but crashes 
nearly instantly. Works fine without the ad-remove file.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
RC2 on Super D 1.11 (basically Android 1.6 with 10MB hack enabled and 
compcache active).

I am sorry, not only the ads-removed version is not working anymore but the 
normal 
version as well. Seems to be related to contact pictures...

should be fixed with current release anyway.
