Cherry SMS ignore subconnectors #230

I think in the Cherry SMS connector it would be better to set the
with/without source identifier in the settings instead of providing 2
connectors in the list.
Furthermore if with source identifier is set, dont't show the remaining
credits. Instead divide them with 2 to show real remaining SMS count (with
source identifier a SMS costs 2 credits).
