cherry sms not working

sending a sms doesnt work. getting an error "authentification fehlgeschlagen".
updating status is working.

version of websms and connector are up to date.

sure update is working?
if balance is 50, it is very likly to be the returncode 50 for "authentification
failed" (blame charrysms for bad API design here)
did you set your mobile/prefix in proper format?

eg. +4917912345678/+49

Try to change your Cherry-SMS password (the login @ website works well, but 
with connector and official cherry sms app the authentification fails). should 
fix your problem (i know, this thread was created one year ago, but had the 
same problem today and spend hours to figure what the problem was).

see that in the Connector settings (like Cherry)YOUR mobile number is also in 
the complete format, "+" and land code included.

Yes, I had the same error "authentification fehlgeschlagen" today. The problem 
is that the own telefonnumber needs also the country prefix, like 
"+491573XXXXXX". Then it works!
