Update dependencies, remove unneeded plugins, and other miscellaneous things #5

Adds Dependabot dependency updates
Adds Gradle wrapper verification
Adds more things to the .gitignore
Adds some .idea files 🛑 This changes your SDK setting in Project Structure to a setting called JDK 17.0.1 (Temurin)!

Java 15 --> 17 🛑 This requires a new JDK!
Gradle 6.8.2 --> 7.3.3 ⚠️ This does not change much if you're using the wrapper, but still noteworthy.
