Stabilize categories in <usg> #76

A current issue in need of stabilization is where a second sense exists with no translations and just needs a of some kind to explain, e.g.:

         <entry xml:id="uncle-MIX">
 .....
            <sense n="2">
               <usg type="social">Also a term of respect for older males.</usg>
            </sense>

another option is annotating in specific <spanGrp type="semantics"> and outputting to <def>: 

        <spanGrp type="semantics">
           <span type="def" xml:lang="en" target="#d1e429">of a solid object that can bend</span>  
        </spanGrp>
