Support for time-dependent B0 needed for modeling e.g. Earth in 3d.

Separate text file might be better if hundreds or more values are needed during run

Fixed partially by https://github.com/iljah/pamhd/commit/1c8161cfca8daa5a52d33372b7772361ee693efa but bg B still not updated by just sufficient simulation time passing.
