Rename settings.txt to settings.example.txt - compatible with v1.3.1.0 #44

This allow to not overwrite user settings, when building project or updating files from zip (extracting over existing installation)

When i renamed the current settings file, the tool i use (GitKraken) removed all empty spaces on EOL, that's why the file have content modified
