Is this to support dev project export and import feature as well?

We have no immediate requirements for migrations now. We are hoping to deploy the self-hosted container in an air-gapped k8s environment. 2 use cases for this:

  1. Developers can import projects directly into airgapped production env from internet-facing env.
  2. Project backups
