Manifest warning #208

The "Illandril's Token HUD scaler" module's manifest contained the following unknown keys: "manifestPlusVersion"

This property has value for other places that read manifest files. Until and unless the Manifest+ standard is updated to move this field into flags, or places that rely on this information stop using it and start only using standard fields, it will stay.
