No more -lazy symlinks in examples/

Questions for the review:

• [ ] Is the scope and purpose of the PR clear?

• [ ] Is every top-level method and class documented? Are things that should be documented actually so?

This change set also removes our ability to have examples that are run in eager-only. Some lazy examples (i.e. those with mixtures and combustion) were unable to run in lazy mode without @kaushikcfd's array context. It may not be as much of an issue now.
