Keep away from fall-off reactions #945

Just for the records, mirge-com struggles with fall-off reactions. The thinking is that the parameters for this kind of reaction is not friendly at all to lazy.

PS: no need to dig into it. Just a warning for future users.

Apparently, no more issues with compilation nor runtime using fall-off reactions.
