Students made us aware that the Vagrant files and instructions are out of date. This pull request:

Updates Vagrant files to use bento/ubuntu-20.04
Updates Vagrant file VM name to "CS 341"
Updates Vagrant file VM hostname to "cs341"
Adds the Github cli package as a dependency in the Vagrantfile provisioning script
Adds instructions to the Vagrant tutorial to use gh auth login to log into Github and authenticate the Git CLI
