Deadlock Slide Fixes and Reordering #331

Slide Enhancements for deadlock_demolition:

  1. Reorder slides to put deadlock definition first and RAG description last instead of the current interleaving definitions.
  2. Split up and enhance the Chandy/Misra explanation.
  3. General Renaming.
