Add IAccessible2Proxy64bit.dll
Rename IAccessible2Proxys dlls to reflect bit type
Include IAccessible2Proxys dlls in package data for pypi
Check if python is 32-bit/64-bit to register the correct IAccessible2Proxy dll
Add long_description pinting to readme.md
Fixed invalid setup.py License LGPL classifier
