[lager] Zombie drives for Halloween #51

bog down the whole array if enabled (even as a hotspare)

They seem to, at least. I think they came back from the dead as part of my maintenance on Oct 12. I labeled them hot spares, and things on ~/shared were kind of slow from that point onward. I took them off hot-spare status, and... maybe... things are better now?

All three drives are "zombies": they came back to life after having failed.
