In office hours today, one student was using her friend's account to keep herself on the queue twice. If staff could see the "official" university account name as well as the name they entered on the queue, they could more easily spot this discrepancy and take action as appropriate. This could be displayed in gray text next to the netid. Care should be taken to inform staff to handle this carefully, as a student could have a legitimate reason to go by a different name than what the university knows them by.
re: students who use custom names, avoiding deadnaming: Instead of showing official university names, show something more neutral like a netid or email.
