Add additional debugging prints for ActiveStaff error #231

I've been unable to reproduce #92 locally, even though it happens pretty much daily in prod. This will log some additional context whenever this error occurs, and should also keep us from having an unhandled promise rejection. This should be removed once we can identify and fix the root cause.
