Improve Navigation Bar Accessibility

Problem

Currently the navigation bar isn't very accessible. As below

Proposed Solution

• The top level landmark should read navigation
• The first leaf link text should have a name more descriptive of what it does -- take you back to the home page
• The next list attribute should describe the account in some way account tools
• The link describing name bhuvy (bvenkat2) should say user or something similar
