mysqldbcompare updated on the apt repositories to a version that chooses theutf8mb4_0900_ai_ci charset by default. However, the version of MySQL on Travis doesn't support this charset yet. This fixes the mysqldbcompare errors by explicitly defining the charset to be utf8.
