Many users of the queue will reference an external resource. This can include:
For advising offices, the student's advising record,
For courses, the student's github repo and/or gradebook,
etc.
This feature would add an "external resource link" visible only to staff to link to that student's external resource. This link would need to be templated, allowing a NetID to be substituted into the link. For example, the advising record URL is: https://my.engr.illinois.edu/ugradrecs/select.asp?search={{netid}}
