MM1 to MM0

MM0 assumes an infinite-sample population, while MM1 uses the estimated cardinality to estimate with a finite-sample population
Turns out gamma and digamma are moderately cheap to evaluate

Growth power fitting

Move cardinality estimator out into a separate mod
Fit power using log-transformed online OLS by default when apply scaler
