New Branch with 22 Presto Compatible TPCH queries using the proper workflow (issue into pull request)

@Arav-Chheda A few minor things.

• Rebase your branch with main and then push to the branch again. That makes sure that GitHub is able to automatically check for any merge conflicts.
• You can squash your multiple minor commits in one single commit. Search for how to squash last X commits into one commit.
• I see that you only have added the queries. Can you also add the script to set up Presto and then evaluate these queries against Presto? If you are still working on the scripts, then we can limit this PR to just adding the queries and then add the scripts in the next one.

Minor nits:

• You can add all queries in a baselines/presto/queries/ folder and add the scripts in the baselines/presto/ directory.
• Since queries are already in baselines/presto/, we don't really need the name PrestoQ1.sql. We can just have q1.sql.
