utterance.es comment box is not using dynamic width #1

There's an issue where the comment box doesn't respect the width of other components on the page, which means that on smaller screens it goes out of its intended restraints and sometimes off the screen.

Customize the layout using the .utterances and .utterances-frame selectors.
