[Question]: How to use "only subbar" theme #127

Current Behavior

Id like to get my vscode like your screenshot - without titlebar. What should I install and configure to achieve the result like in your Readme?

- OS: macOS
- VSCode: latest
- Extension: latest
- Theme: Dark (subbar only)

I tried some plugins that could remove the titlebar, but all of them where incompatible with Vibrancy, so I have to choose between Vibrancy and disabled Titlebar.
