Provides a new config option to change refresh interval to prevent waiting for too long.
Includes English and Chinese descriptions for config
Includes changes in Readme with a new FAQ

Need help with Japanese translation.

[ ] Change package.nls.ja.json Line 19 to correct Japanese language

Thanks for the contribution, looks good on my end, though I'll change the default refresh interval to 10ms since lower amounts seem to noticeably increase VSCode's CPU utilization.
