Add Tokyo Night Storm theme by henrychea #6

This theme was initially forked from @henrychea initially, see 573407282591c16521763f5aaa936dfa0b68b3fa and ce7c21c785e6140fd95e0eb580ec61ab1e43fbea

I have made small changes using the Tokyo Night Storm variant and the glow effect

I'm considering adding the (Outer) variant, intended to replace the current (Only Subbar)

(Outer) looks way better than (Only Subbar). I've commit the change.

Sorry, if you're noticing every old commit was referenced.

I was rewriting my commit email with git filter-repo --mailmap so that my private email stays private.
