[Bug]: Not working in vscode 1.81.1

Current Behavior

Vscode window doesn't become transparent with Vibrancy installed and enabled.

Relevent things:

• OS: Windows 11 22H2
• Vscode: 1.81.1
• Vibrancy: 1.1.20

Things I've tried:

• Followed the doc to install/enable Vibrancy
• Unable & reinstall Vibrancy
• Reinstall Vscode

Things I checked:

• Vscode running in window mode
• Theme set to dark+
• Vibrancy opacity not set to 1
• Enable Windows global vibrancy setting
• Developer console suggests the extension is enabled

One thing I noticed is that the extension is indeed enabled as the theme looks quite different. However somehow it's not transparent.

Okay... Problem solved...

So the issue is that the transparency effect is disabled when battery saver mode is on......
