May be because of Hola VPN?
I'm not seeing this message (yet?) when visiting pages other than Hola.
Did you get a full screen red warning or only this message in the info panel?
For home page, only in info panel. Alert icon instead of lock icon.
This is such bullshit. Google is still including Hola in its own Chrome web store https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/hola-free-vpn-proxy-unblo/gkojfkhlekighikafcpjkiklfbnlmeio?hl=en, has no problem with linking to https://hola.org/ in search, and hasn't flagged other sites, like https://en.uptodown.com/developer/hola.
Google has also flagged other random apps for no reason:
Apps like https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.treydev.pns or https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.enflick.android.tn2ndLine.
This system is inconsistent and flawed, and so is the ability to communicate with Google about it.
See https://github.com/android-police/apkmirror-public/issues/183#issuecomment-952257640. Closing.
@andyg21 Are you still seeing the big red warning when entering the homepage apkmirror.com? I was never able to reproduce that, even back when you reported it.
Expected behavior
People should not get message like "apkmirror.com contains malware"
Actual behavior
Chrome is showing alert on home page that "This site contains malware"
Steps to reproduce the problem
Visit apkmirror.com on latest Chrome browser on Android device
