Thermal evaporator is empty

Describe the bug When i build thermal evaporator on the ship and it's empty game just crashes.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Make a ship
2. Build thermal evaporator without fluid

Expected behavior

1. Game without crash
